Monthly Demo Unit Data Collection Process

It is very important to PERC to get your feedback on how you are using your propane mower demo and how customers are responding to the mower. Collecting this information is part of PERC’s central mission as a research organization. We will use this data to continue to improve propane mower technology and grow the market for propane mowers.
 

Each month, we are asking you to keep track of:
• How many hours of demo time your propane demo mower gets.
• How many customers you loan it out to.
• How customers feel about the demo unit’s performance and the refueling process.
 

Submitting your monthly demo unit data
We are providing you with a monthly data collection form to track usage of and customer feedback about your demo unit. Please submit this data to us at the end of each month in one of the following ways:
• Online. Each month we will send you an email with a link to an online version of the data collection form where you can enter your monthly demo unit data. Or you can access the online form here.
• By email. You can email us a completed copy of your monthly data tracking form to propanemowerdemos@propane.com.
• By Fax. You can fax us a hard copy of your monthly data collection form to 877-411-3243.
• By phone. If you forget to complete your online form for two months, we will call you to get the data on your demo unit.
