Market Metrics Initiative
PERC has developed the Market Metrics Initiative (MMI) to measure propane market performance and provide the industry with reliable and actionable information to guide its marketing and business planning efforts. The MMI helps identify major issues, developments, and trends so the propane industry can succeed in a highly competitive energy marketplace.
A key objective of the Initiative is to form a basis for understanding and evaluating changing energy markets, including competitive fuels and propane supply and demand issues that influence U.S. propane markets. And the MMI provides an analytical framework toward identifying trends, opportunities, and threats the industry is likely to face in the next few years, such as changes in environmental policy, regulations, and improvements in competitive fuel technologies.
On this page you can find some of the industry tools and resources developed through the MMI. Send your questions and comments to MMI@propanecouncil.org.
