Help Desk

To further assist visitors to our web link, we have initiated a help desk to include: quick reference assistance in lieu of searching the link, clarification of the web link’s contents, and a convenient means by which to resolve issues.

This help desk is a professionally conducted operation dedicated to servicing the caller.  It operates during normal business hours Monday through Friday.  Although a professional will not always be available, our performance standard is a response within 24 hours and no longer than 48 hours.
