Confidentiality Policy

This policy was developed to ensure the industry, be it a terminal operator or remitter, that all assessment information received by PERC is held in strict confidence by a limited number of management staff.  Most of our governing body (Councilors) are competitors in the propane industry and such assessment information is deemed market sensitive; hence, the Councilors can not be given an unfair advantage by having such information.  With that confidence instilled with the industry, PERC would hope that it will receive more terminal operator reports which are currently provided on a voluntary basis.
