    Washington, D.C. - The Propane Education & Research Council invites the propane industry to review and comment on the proposed revisions to the Policies, Rules and Procedures (PRP) which guides the activities of the Council. The PRP document is divided into several sections covering administrative aspects of the Council, meetings, assessment collection, and grant and state rebate policies.
    The Council has made revisions to the June 1998 document for consideration by the industry. The proposed revisions have been made based on policy decisions approved by the Council since the creation of the PRP.

    After reviewing the document please send your comments no later than close of business March 2, 2001 to:
